Masika Mahabir is the founder and CEO of Diversity Nexus. She is a trauma-informed DEI strategist and facilitator with lived expertise in neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), CPTSD, and systemic harm.
Her work focuses on rebuilding trust and psychological safety inside systems that have failed to protect the most impacted. She helps organizations reimagine workplace mental health, equity, and belonging by centring real people, real pressure, and real solutions.
With a background in corporate communications, organizational development, and neuroinclusive learning design, Masika blends structure, care, and cultural clarity in everything she builds. Her approach is informed by research, but never divorced from real life.
